If you are not completely satisfied with your new jewelry or would like to exchange it for store credit or a refund, you may do so within 7 days of the date received. Any items returned that were sent after the 7 day period will not be accepted and will be sent back. Returns must be undamaged or returned in the condition they were received. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Please insure the package and obtain a tracking number as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

- All jewelry packaging must be returned intact with the product
- All sale items are final sale

Are there any charges for return?
- All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please note that a flat fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your return total (U.S. only)
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is recieved, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval status of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks to see the refund on your bank statement.
